Sustainability Consultant and Founder

Kimi Ceridon is the founder of Kalepa Tech LLC, a sustainability consultancy. Kalepa Tech focuses on integrating sustainability with business strategy, product development, engineering and design principles to developing technologies for a positive social impact on the world. Her consulting focuses on Sustainability Strategy, Design for Sustainability (DfS), Sustainable Product Development and Supply Chain Sustainability. Kimi works with organizations and product development teams on DfS, sustainability and integration strategies for product development processes. Most recently, she applied these skills to developing the Sustainable Minds software integration consulting practice.

She has experience in technology development for companies including Sustainable Minds, Teledyne, Boeing, Schlumberger, MKS Instruments, Philips, Hamilton Beach, Dell, Cooper Perkins and other consumer and industrial product companies. She holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and is working towards a Master's in Environmental Management from Harvard.
